Watch Settings

Selectthe value you want to change and press the
REDbutton. Adjust the values with UP/DOWN and
acceptwith the RED button.
Accesswatch settings by selecting UP/DOWN >
Settings>Watch.
Timeand Date Settings
Setthe local time (Time 1) and a time difference
toit (Time 2). With Time zone, you can select
whichtime zone is used. In Time view, you can
easilychange the time zone from Time 1 to Time 2
bypressing and holding DOWN.
Setthe date with Date setting.
Event
Youcan create an event in the training computer's
memory.The computer will display the number of
daystill the event when you press and hold UP in
Timeview.
1. SelectEvent from the Watch settings menu.
2. Setthe Date of the event.
3. Selecta name for the event.
Tochange event details, access the Event
settings.
•View:View the name and the date of the current
event.
•Date:Change the date of the event.
•Rename:Rename the current event.
•Delete:Delete the current event.
