youanswer yes to any of these questions, consult a

Haveyou been physically inactive for the past 5 years?
Doyou have high blood pressure or high blood
cholesterol?
Doyou have symptoms of any disease?
Areyou taking any blood pressure or heart medication?
Doyou have a history of breathing problems?
Areyou recovering from a serious illness or medical
treatment?
Doyou use a pacemaker or other implanted electronic
device?
Doyou smoke?
Areyou pregnant?
Notethat in addition to training intensity, medications for
heartconditions, blood pressure, psychological conditions,
asthma,breathing, etc., as well as some energy drinks,
alcohol,and nicotine may also affect heart rate.
Itis important to be sensitive to your body’s responses
duringtraining. If you feel unexpected pain or excessive
fatiguewhen training, stop the training session or
continueat a lighter intensity.
Ifyou have a pacemaker, defibrillator or other implanted
electronicdevice, you use the Polar RS300X at your own
risk.Before starting use, take a maximal training stress
testunder the supervision of a physician. The test is to
ensurethe safety and reliability of the simultaneous use of
thepacemaker and the Polar RS300X.
Ifyou are allergic to any substance that comes into
contactwith your skin or if you suspect an allergic
reactiondue to using the product, check the listed
materialsin Technical Specifications. To avoid any skin
reactionto the transmitter, wear it over a shirt. Moisten
theshirt well under the electrodes to ensure flawless
operation.If you use insect repellent on your skin, make
surethat it does not come into contact with the
transmitter.
