Alloptions, excluding Free, have the following
settings:
•Select:Select the option as your exercise
setting.
•View:View the details of the exercise setting.
•Edit:Edit the details of the exercise setting.
Selectthe Number of zones,Zone type (either
Heartrate or Speed/Pace), limits for the
zone(s)and Zone guide (either Timers,
Distancesor Off).
• SeeAdjusting heart rate zones manually.
•Zoneguide changes the zone automatically
duringtraining session according to the
settings(either set time or distance) and
alertsyou. When OwnZone is selected as
trainingsession type, only the Zone guide
canbe set manually.
•Rename:Rename the exercise setting.
•Default:Restore default settings.
Adjustingheart rate zones manually:
•HRzone 1 limits: Adjust your zone 1 limits.
Whensetting the upper limit, the lower limit of
zone2 is set automatically.
•HRzone 2 limits: Adjust your zone 2 limits.
Whensetting the lower limit, the upper limit of
zone1 is set automatically. When setting the
upperlimit, the lower limit of zone 3 is set
automatically.
•HRzone 3 limits: Adjust your zone 3 limits.
Whensetting the lower limit, the upper limit of
zone2 is set automatically.
