keepalives are terminated

1 For mail notifications, in general you will need to define only one contact parameter for each proxy. If the proxy server
automatically creates and renews subscriptions when the handset registers, then only the PROXYn _MAIL_NOTIFY contact need be
specified. If the handset must subscribe to a particular contact to get mail notification, then only the PROXYn_MAIL_SUBSCR
contact needs to be specified.
