Using the SIP Handset

Place a call on hold | Press the Hold softkey. |

| When a call is placed on hold, an equal character (=) replaces the asterisk | |||||
| (*) and the Rsme softkey replaces the Hold softkey. Press Rsme to return to | |||||
| the call. |

Mute/Unmute a call | Press the Mute softkey. When the handset is muted, an x character replaces | |||||

Silence the ring | Press the END key to silence the loud ring and convert it to | |||||
| Loud ringing will resume when the next incoming call is received while the | |||||
| handset is in standby mode. |

Answer a call on a | If another call comes in on a different line, the called line icon flashes and a | |||||
second line | tone sounds in the audio stream. In this example, a call is coming in on line | |||||
| 2 and the line 2 icon is flashing. |
