This command sets or queries the status of the line echo canceller (LEC).

This command is a boolean command. See Section 6.1 for more information on this type of command.

This command is saved to non-volatile memory only as part of a preset. The state of this command will be restored after power-up only if a preset is saved and that preset is set to be the power-on preset.

8.74.LECMODE -- Set Amount of Double Talk Suppression used in the LEC.

This command sets the amount of double talk suppression used in the LEC on the telephone input (T). The values correspond to the following settings.

1 = No Suppression

2 = Light Suppression

3 = Heavy Suppression

4 = Half Duplex

This command is an integer command. See Section 6.2 for more information on this type of command. The minimum and maximum values for this command are 1 and 4, respectively.
