Program Tips

While exercising, your pedaling speed (RPM) needs to remain above 20 RPM. Dropping below 20 RPM causes the cycle to shut down to conserve battery power. The cycle displays a

30-second countdown before it shuts off. If you pedal above 20 RMP during the countdown period, you can resume exercising where you left off.

A blinking column tracks the progress that you make during a program.

The club can set limits for workout, pause, and cool-down times.

QUICKSTART

You control the resistance settings when you use the Manual Program. The profile begins as a flat line. Use the RESISTANCE arrow keys to select the resistance. The program profile reflects changes. The blinking column indicates your position in the program.

If you press QUICKSTART at the banner and access the Manual Program, the workout time is set at the club limit or 30 minutes (whichever time is less).

To use the SmartRate feature, you need to specify your age. Refer to Selecting a Program.
