Stellen Sie den Widerstand und die Rampensteigung mit den Pfeiltasten ein. Das Programmprofil spiegelt die Änderungen des Widerstands auf dem EFX556i und die Änderungen der Rampensteigung auf dem EFX576i und dem EFX546i wider. Die blinkende Spalte signalisiert Ihre Position im Programm.

Wenn Sie bei angezeigtem Banner QUICKSTART drücken, wird die Trainingszeit auf den vom Fitnessstudio festgelegten Wert oder auf 30 Minuten (je nachdem, welcher Wert niedriger ist) festgelegt.
