B.1 Program License Agreement

Your use of this product is based on your acknowledgement that you have read this license, understand it and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions.

This product includes software developed by and proprietary information of Psion Teklogix and its licensors. Software restrictions are as follows and shall be enforced to the fullest extent possible by applicable law:

1.License Restrictions.

a.You shall not, or permit any third party to: (i) use or duplicate the Software for any purpose other than as specified in the agreement; (ii) alter, reverse- engineer, decompile, disassemble or attempt to reconstruct or discover any source code or underlying ideas or algorithms of the Software by any means whatsoever; (iii) modify or create any derivative work of the Soft- ware or any copy or portion thereof; or (iv) remove or alter any software identification, notice of patent, copyright, trade secret, trademark or other proprietary right related to the Software.

b.You shall not distribute Software as a stand-alone product.

c.You may not use trademarks, logos, trade dress, or titles of Psion Teklogix or its licensors in any way, except as provided herein or with Psion Tek- logix' express prior written permission.

2.No Warranty. THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND NEITHER PSION TEKLOGIX NOR ITS LICENSORS MAKE WAR- RANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY REGARDING THE SOFTWARE. PSION TEKLOGIX AND ITS LICENSORS EXPRESSLY DISCLAIM ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTIC- ULAR PURPOSE, FREE OF DEFECTS, TITLE FREE, NON- INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS REGARDING THE SOFTWARE, AND ANY WARRANTY OTHER- WISE ARISING OUT OF ANY PROPOSAL, SPECIFICATION OR SAMPLE. PSION TEKLOGIX AND ITS LICENSORS DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIRE- MENTS OR THAT ITS USE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR FREE.

3.Limitation of Liability. IN NO EVENT SHALL PSION TEKLOGIX OR ITS LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCI-
