U32S-5 using SIT 820 NOVA Gas Valve

THIS CONVERSION MUST BE DONE BY A QUALIFIED GAS FITTER

IF IN DOUBT DO NOT DO THIS CONVERSION !!

Each Kit contains one LP Conversion Kit and one DC Sparker Kit.

1)Turn off the gas supply.

2)Remove the glass door.

a)Release the two hooks from the bottom of the glass door.

b)Swing the door out 45 degrees from the bottom and lift up and out.

3)Remove the burner by undoing the 2 screws as shown below.

4)After screws have been removed, slide the burner to the left, then lift out carefully.

5)Remove the base cover by lifting up from the back, then maneover it out.

Lift up from the back.

6)Remove burner orifice with a 1/2" wrench and discard.

7)Install the new LP burner orifice stamped #54 and tighten.

8)Remove the pilot shield by removing the 2 screws as shown below.
