❖Program / Change / Delete E-mail Message

You can program, change, or delete the e-mail message used when sending an Internet fax or scan file as an attachment.

• Program / Change

APress [System Settings].

BPress [File Transfer].

2	C Press [TNext].

DPress [Program / Change / Delete E-mail Message].

ECheck that [Program / Change] is selected.

FPress [Not Programmed].GPress [Change].

HEnter a name, and then press [OK].

Enter the name using up to 20 alphanumerical characters.

IPress [Edit].

To start a new line, press [OK] to return to the e-mail message screen, and then press [T] in “Select Line to Edit:”.

JPress [Edit].

KEnter the text, and then press [OK].

Enter up to five lines of text. Each line can consist of up to 80 alphanu- meric characters.

LPress [OK].

MPress [Exit].

APress [System Settings].

BPress [File Transfer].

CPress [TNext].

DPress [Program / Change / Delete E-mail Message].

EPress [Delete].

FSelect the e-mail message to delete.

The confirmation message about deleting appears.

GPress [Yes].
