Viewing and editing a task

When you access the Tasks application, the task list displays.

Note: To display the start and due dates on the task list, tap Menu → Options... → Show start and due dates.

1.On the task list, tap the task you want to view.

A summary screen is displayed.

2.Tap Edit and edit the task information.

3.Tap to save the changes.

Completing or deleting a task

To mark a task as completed:

On the task list, tap the check box next to the task.

To delete a task:

1.On the task list, tap and hold the task you want to delete.

2.On the pop-up menu, tap Delete Task. The next time you synchronise, the task will be deleted from the computer.

3.Tap Yes to permanently delete the task.

Alarms

You can use the alarm clock to set a wake- up alarm or set an alarm to remind you of an appointment.

To open Alarms:

From the Start menu, tap Programs → Alarms.

Setting a wake-up alarm

1.On the alarm list, select Wake-up alarm.

2.Check a box, enter the time for the wake- up alarm to sound, and select the days when the wake-up alarm rings in the week viewer.

You can set the wake-up alarm at 3 different times.
