If the product does not function properly, please see the below for trouble shooting.

3)Adaptive mode will correct excessively dry or moist fingerprints as necessary when sensing them. It may take longer to sense the fingerprint in this mode, but the fingerprint recognition rate will be increased. You can configure the Adaptive settings using the software.
