Retrieving YourVoicemail Messages

You can review yourmessages directly from your

wireless phone orfrom any othertouch-tone phone. To

dial from yourwireless phone, you can eitherspeed dial

yourvoicemail oruse the menu keys.

Using One -Touch Message Access

voicemail box.)

Using the Menu Keys on YourPhone to Access

YourMessages

1. Press > Messaging > Voicemail.

2. Press to listen to yourmessages.

Using AnotherPhone to Access Messages

1. Dial yourwireless phone number.

2. When yourvoicemail answers, press .

3. Enteryourpasscode.

Tip When you call into voicemail, you first hearthe

headerinformation (date, time, and sender

information)forthe message. To skip directly to the

message, press 4 during the header.

Note You are charged forairtime minutes when you are

accessing yourvoicemail from your wireless phone.

Note When you are roaming offthe Sprint National

Network, you may not receive notification ofnew

voicemail messages. It is recommended that you

periodically checkyourvoicemail by dialing 1 +

area code + yourwireless phone number. When

yourvoicemail answers, press (*)and enter your

passcode. You will be charged roaming rates when

accessing voicemail while roaming offthe Sprint

National Network.

Yourphone accepts messages even when it is

turned off. However, you are notified ofnew

messages only when yourphone is turned on and

you are in a Sprint service area.
