Charging YourBattery
Charge yourbattery as soon as possible so you can
begin using yourphone.
Keeping track of yourbattery’s charge is important. If
yourbattery level becomes too low, yourphone
automatically turns off, and you will lose any information
you were just working on. Fora quick check of your
battery level, glance at the battery charge indicator
located in the upper-right cornerof yourphone’s display
screen. If the battery charge is getting too low, the battery
icon ( )appears and the phone displays a warning
message.
Always use a Sprint-approved ormanufacturer-
approved desktop charger, travel charger, orvehicle
poweradapterto charge your battery.
Using the Phone Charger
1. Plug the phone chargerinto a wall outlet.
2. Open the micro-USB connectorcoverlocated on
the upperleft side of yourphone.
3. Plug the otherend of the phone chargerinto the
micro USB connector.
nAred indicatorlight means the battery is charging.
nAgreen indicatorlight means charging is
completed.
With the Sprint-approved Li-Ion battery, you can
recharge the battery before it becomes completely run
down.
Note You can also charge yourphone’s battery with a
USB cable (not included). Simply plug one end of
the USB cable into yourphone and the other end
into a free USB port on yourdesktop orlaptop
computer.
Ifyourbattery is completely run down, it cannot be
charged via the USB cable.
