ActivatingYour Phone
vIfyou purchased your phone at a Sprint Store,your phone
should be activated and ready to use.
vIfyou received your phone in the mail and it is fora new
Sprint account oranew line of ser vice, it is designed to
activate automatically. To confirm youractivation,
makeaphone call.
vIfyou received your phonein the mail and you are activating
anew phone foran existing number on youraccount, you
will need to contact Sprint CustomerService to
activate yournew phone. There are two activation
options:
nFrom yourcomputer’s Web browser, go to
www.sprint.com/activateand complete the
onscreen instructions to activate yourphone.
nDial 1-888-211-4727from anotherphone to
contact Sprint CustomerService to complete the
phone activation.
When you havefinished, makeaphone call to
confirm youractivation.
Note Ifyou are having difficulty with activation, contact
Sprint CustomerService by dialing 1-888-211-4727
from any otherphone.
Tip Do not press ENDwhile the phone is being
activated. Pressing ENDcancels the activation
process.
