Setting the Open/Close Flip Option
This feature enables you to answer an incoming call by opening the
flip or to end a call by closing the flip.
To activate the Open Flip feature:
1. Press to access the main menu.
2. Select Settingsand press .
3. Select Othersand press .
4. Select Open/Close Flipand press .
5. Select Openand press .
6. Select Answer Calland press .
To deactivate this feature,select No Actionduring step 6.
Note:This feature does not apply for Roaming Calls with Call Guard On.
To activate the Close Flip feature:
1. Follow steps 1-4 above.
2. Select Closeand press .
3. You will see a message on the display.Press OK(left softkey)to
continue.
4. Select End Calland press .
Note:This feature does not apply when you are using the speakerphone,
a headset, or a car kit.
Note:If you select Muteduring step 4 above, closing the flip enables
speakerphone mode. To deactivate speakerphone mode, simply open the flip to
use the earpiece.
