Editing a Contacts Entry in Your Personal List

1.Press 10-4(left softkey) or to access the 10-4 List.

2.Press Go to (left softkey) > Personal List.

3.Highlight the entry you want to edit and press Options (right softkey) > Edit.

4.Select the field you want to edit (Name or 10-4 Number) and press .

5.Edit the entry, and press to save your changes.

Editing a Group in Your Personal Group List

1.Press 10-4(left softkey) or to access the 10-4 List.

2.Press Go to (left softkey) > Personal Grps.

3.Highlight the group entry you want to edit and press Options (right softkey) > Edit.

4.Edit the group name and press or OK (left softkey).

■If you don’t need to edit the group name, press Next (left softkey) and skip step 5.

5.Press Save (left softkey) to save your changes.

6.To edit a group member, highlight the Contacts entry you want to edit and press Options (right softkey) > Edit.

7.Select the field you want to edit (Name or 10-4 Number) and press .

8.Edit the entry, and press > Update (left softkey).
