8. Personal Organizer

Using Your Phone’s Calendar

Use the Calendar to remind you of events or important calls you

need to make.You can schedule up to 100 events,15 Call Alarms

and 20 To Do Items.

Displaying Your Calendar

䊳Select > Tools > Calendar.

Tip:The current day is framed by a rectangle.

Note:To use the Calendar function in a no-service area, set the actual

time and date after turning off and on your phone.

Setting Holidays

Set holidays to your calendar according to your needs.

To set a holiday:

1. From the calendar display,highlight the date you want to set

as holiday.

2. Press (right softkey)> Holiday.

3. Select an option and press .

䡲Set Date to set the holiday for the date.

䡲Set Weekly to set holiday for the same day of the week,

every week.

To reset or edit the added holidays:

1. From the calendar display,highlight the day you have set as

holiday.

2. Press (right softkey)> Holiday.

3. Select an option and press .

䡲Reset Date to reset the date.

䡲Reset Weekly to reset the same day of the week of every

week.

䡲Reset All to reset all added holidays.
