Setting Up Key Press Echo

With this feature,you can hear a voice say the numbers when

you press the keypad.This feature is available when you are in

standby mode.

1. Select > Settings > Sounds > Others > Key Press Echo.

2. SelectOn or Off.

Note:If the Key Beep is off, you are not able to change this setting. See

“Adjusting the Application, Start-up/Power-off, or Key Beep Volume” on

page 27.

Alert Notification

Your phone comes with several different options to keep you

aware of what’s going on by sounding the alert or ringer.

To set the alerts:

1. Select > Settings > Sounds > Alerts.

2. Select an option and press .

䡲Serviceto set alert on or off for network services

parameter changes.

䡲10-4to set an alert to notify you of 10-4 calls.

䡲10-4 Callsto notify of incoming 10-4 calls.

䡲10-4 Missedto notify of missed 10-4 calls.

䡲Headset Alertto tell if you have the floor using a

headset.

䡲Floor Tone Vol.to set the floor tone volume during a call.

䡲Voicemailto set an alert to notify you of voice message(s).

SelectRinger Length to set the ringer length of Voicemail

notification.

䡲Messagingto set an alert to notify you of text, picture

message or Web Alert.Select Ringer Length to set the

ringer length of Messaging notification.

䡲Minute Beepto set a minute reminder that beeps ten

seconds before the end of each minute during a call.

䡲Signal Fadeto set alert to notify you when your phone

loses a signal during a call.
