Installing the SLP 410, 420, 430, 440 or 450
Here, you’ll find out how to unpack and set up your new SLP. As par t of the setup pro cess,
you’ll load a roll of sta ndard address la bels and run a quick test.

Unpacking the SLP

Carefully remove the p rinter and its co mponents from th e box. It’s a good id ea to save the
box and packing ma terials in case you need to store or ship the printe r. Make sure you
have all of the foll owing items.

• Smart Label sof tware with Us er Guide
• Serial cable
• USB cable
• AC adapter
• Power cord (SLP 43 0 or 450 only)
• Starter roll of S martLabels
