Troubleshooting

If you are unable to print a document in color, refer to the check list below.

CHECK1 Is the printer driver set to the color print option?

Select "Print" from the "File" menu of your application, and then switch the menu to "Advanced" to select "Color" for the "Output Type" setting.

CHECK2 Does the application you are using support color printing?

Some applications may not support color printing. Use an application that supports color printing.
