1.Click Start → Settings → Printers (Printers and Faxes for XP).
2.Right click on your printer.
3.Click Printing Preferences.
4.Click the Color tab.
5.At Toner Saving, make your selection.
Print quality is reduced when toner saving is used. If the box has a check mark, the feature is ON.
If the box is empty, the feature is OFF.
6.Change any other settings as desired.
7.Click OK.
