Fax Forwarding/Paging
You cannot use Paging and Fax Forwarding at the same time.
You cannot use Paging and Fax Forwarding when Fax Storage is set to OFF.
Programming a Fax Forwarding Number
When Fax Forwarding is set to ON, your fax machine stores the received fax in memory. Then it dials the fax number you’ve programmed and forwards the fax message.
1Press Menu/Set, 2, 5, 1.
2Press or until the LCD shows
FAX FORWARD?, and then press
Menu/Set.
3The LCD prompts you to enter the fax number where faxes will be forwarded. Enter the forwarding number (up to 20 digits), and then press Menu/Set.

4Press Stop/Exit.
Programming Your Pager Number
When Paging is selected, your fax machine dials the pager number you’ve programmed, and then dials your Personal Identification Number (PIN); this activates your pager so you will know that you have a fax message in the memory.
1Press Menu/Set, 2, 5, 1.
2Press or until the LCD shows PAGING?, and then press Menu/Set.
3Enter your pager phone number (up to 20 digits) followed by # #, and then press Menu/Set. Do not include the area code
if it is the same as that of your fax machine. For example, 1 8 0 0 5 5 5 1 2 3 4 # #.
