Making calls using the account PIN
If you have set up telephone accounts, the PIN for the ac- count to be debited must be entered before you make a call.

PEnter the account PIN of the required telephone account.
Enter the required call number.
If the call is answered, the display shows the call number, the remaining credit and, possibly, the cost of the current connection.
®When the limit for a telephone account has been reached, your base station telephone reacts as fol- lows:
●Before a call begins: The current credit is checked after the account PIN is entered. If credit is exhausted, the message “Account limit reached“ appears.
●During the call: The base station telephone dis- connects the line. The message “Account limit reached“ appears.
–This is only possible if you have applied for ad- vice of charges during the call
–Check whether your provider transmits call charge data.
●When the units are transmitted after the call: the limit can be exceeded in this case.
Making calls independently of telephone accounts
Calls can be made without credit limits; no telephone ac- count is selected.
