Switching off or answering an appointment

An appointment call sounds with its selected ringer melody (page 67). Appoint. 2 appears in the display, for example. Press display key Silence, to deactivate the appointment call or SMS to reply with an SMS message. The appointment call will ring for 30 seconds if it is not answered.

When an appointment is displayed, you can use the display key SMS to

open the SMS menu and write and send a text message.

 

 

Viewing missed appointments, anniversaries

Appointments and anniversaries (page 24) that have been indicated but not acknowledged are stored in a list. If the handset is switched off at the time of the appointment/ anniversary, it is also stored in the list.
