The pack contains:
◆a base station Gigaset SL 100,
◆a SL 1 handset,
◆one power supply unit with power cord,
◆two telephone cords, one telephone cord for use in New Zealand and one for use in Australia,
◆one belt clip for the handset,
◆one rechargeable battery,
◆one charger (incl. power supply unit),
◆one set of operating instructions.
Installing the base station
Hints on installing
The base station is designed to be operated in enclosed, dry areas at temperatures ranging from +5 °C to +45 °C. Install the base station at a central location in your home, e. g. in the hall.

Range and signal strength
The base station has a range of approx. 300 m outdoors and up to 50 m indoors. The signal strength display shows the quality of the radio contact between the base station and the handset:
