SMS (Text Messages)
Deleting the entire incoming message list
This function deletes all new and old text messages in the incoming message list. Precondition: You have opened the incoming message list (page 44).

Replying to or forwarding text messages
While you read a text message you can use the following functions:

To forward a text message, open the menu with © and select the Send option. Now send the message as described on page 40.
Attachments (e.g. screensavers, melodies) are not sent when you reply to an SMS mes- sage.
Attachments are however sent when you forward an SMS message. Some service providers do not allow the forwarding of SMS messages with attachments. In this case, select the function Use Text to forward the SMS without attachments. Confirm the prompt New SMS will not contain picture/ melody. Proceed?.
