Protect the system settings of the base station with a system PIN that only you know. The system PIN now has to be entered for handset

Assigning authorisation perhandset
You can prevent individual handsets from dialling external numbers. You can assign the following authorisations
◆Internal and external: The handset can be used without restriction.
◆Ext incoming: The handset can be used to make internal calls. External calls can be accepted.
◆Internal only: The handset can only be used for internal calls.
