Activating/deactivating advisory tones

Your handset uses "advisory tones" to tell you about different activities and statuses. The following advisory tones can be activated and deactivated individually (the factory set- ting: On).

Key click: Every key press is confirmed Acknowledge tones:

– Confirmation tone (rising tone sequence): at the end of an input/setting, when the handset is placed in the charging unit and when a new text message or a new entry arrives in the calls list

– Error tone (a falling tone sequence): with incorrect input

– End of menu tone: when scrolling at the end of a menu

Battery tone: The battery needs recharging.
