Sipura Technology SPA-841 From Directory, To Access the Directory, Press the dir Button Soft Key

From Directory

Calls can be placed directly from the phone’s directory. Configuring and using the SPA-841 directory functionality is provided in the menu of options enabled by pressing the “i” button. To make a call from the directory, please press the “dir” key, which is the right soft key button.

To Access the Directory, Press the “dir” Button Soft Key

The contact information i.e. name, telephone number or URL, entered in the directory will be displayed. Access a person’s contact information by entering the number in front of the entry, or use the scroll keys to highlight the contact. When the desired contact is highlighted, make a call by pressing the “dial” button, which is the left soft key button. Alternatively, the user can just pick up the handset and the highlighted directory entry will be dialed. The number will automatically be dialed on the first available open line on the phone.
