STEP 4: Install the Drivers Follow the wizard to install the modem drivers, making the appropriate
selections below as prompted. You do not need to download any software
or use an installation CD.
• When asked what you want Windows to do, select what is Recommended.
Windows 95/98/Me — Search for the best driver for your device.
Windows 2000 — Search for a suitable driver for my device.
Windows XP — Install the software automatically.
• When asked where you want Windows to search for a device, DO
NOT specify any location. UNCHECK ALL OPTIONS, and click
Next>.
• After Windows has found a suitable driver, click Next>.
