If you have problems
If you run into any problems using your camcorder, follow the steps below.
1.Check the items under “Troubleshooting,” and inspect your camcorder.
If a code such as “C:(or E:) :
” appears on the screen, see “Self- diagnosis display.”
2.Disconnect the power source, attach the power source again after about 1 minute, and turn the camcorder on.
3.Select [Setup] [
General Settings] [Initialize].
If you select [Initialize], all settings, including the clock setting, are reset. 4. Contact your Sony dealer or local authorized Sony service facility.
