Connecting to a computer

The editing/management software cannot be installed.

An Internet connection is required to install the editing/management software.

Check the computer environment or installation procedure required to install the editing/management software.

The editing/management software does not work correctly.

Quit the editing/management software and restart your computer.

The camcorder is not recognized by the computer.

Disconnect all USB devices from the USB jack of your computer except the keyboard, mouse, and your camcorder.

Disconnect the USB cable (supplied) from the computer and restart the computer, then connect the computer and your camcorder again in the correct order.
