Connecting via LAN (Assigning an IP Address Manually)

1 Perform steps 3 through 6 of “Connecting via LAN (DHCP)” (1 page 40) to display the [LAN (DHCP/Manual IP address Settings)] window.

2 Clear the check box next to [Automatic DNS configuration], and input the proper value for [DNS1] and [DNS2].

Clearing the check box for the above items also clears this check box

Clear this check box.

[Back] [Set]

Refer to the documents provided by your ISP to input the proper values.

You may capture and save the configured setup screen for future reference (1 page 70).

The [Internet Connection] window reappears.

1 Select [Settings] at the bottom right of the screen.

If [Settings] is not shown, touch anywhere on the screen to make it appear.

The [Settings] window appears.

2 Select [Base station].

The [Base station] window appears.
