Using the Address Book

Adding addresses to the address book

1 Open the Inbox or Outbox, then select a sent or received mail that includes the address that you want to add to the address book.

2 Select [View], and display the mail in full screen mode.

From the Outbox, you can only add addresses from mail you have finished sending.

3 Select [Register Address].

[Register Address]

The address registration window appears with the address field automatically filled in.

zTip

With a received mail displayed, the mail address of the sender is added to the Address Book. With a previously sent mail displayed, all mail addresses displayed in the [To], [Cc], and [Bcc] fields are added to the list; this allows you to add multiple addresses at one time.
