Searching for a specific track while monitoring track numbers or track names (Index Search)
To do an index search, do the procedures “Selecting the search mode” and select “Index” in step 3.
On the recorder
1 Turn the jog dial until the desired track appears in the display, and press the dial.
The selected track name appears the display and the recorder start playing by pressing the jog dial.
If the track has no name, the trac number appears in the display.
On the remote control

•If you do the procedures while the recorder is shuffling the tracks, shuffle play starts from the track that you selected.
•If the recorder reaches to the first or the last track on the disc as you are turning the jog dial or the control, it will return to the last track or the first track, respectively.
