not cover improper installation (if not installed by a SONY |

authorized DIRECTV System installer), loss of use of the |

Product malfunction. This warranty does not cover damage due |
|
|
to improper operation or maintenance, connection to improper |
|
|
voltage supply, or attempted repair by anyone other than a |
|
|
facility authorized by SONY to service the Product. This war- |
|
|
ranty does not cover Products sold AS IS or WITH ALL |
|
|
FAULTS. This warranty is valid only in the United States. |

Proof of purchase in the form of a bill of sale or receipted |
|
|
invoice which is evidence that the Product is within the |
|
|
Warranty period must be presented to obtain warranty service. |

REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT AS PROVIDED UNDER THIS |

CHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PUR- |

POSE ON THIS PRODUCT IS LIMITED IN DURATION TO |

THE DURATION OF THIS WARRANTY. |
