ProgrammingVoice DialTags

To program a voicedial tag:

1.Press >Tools>Voice Services >VoiceTag >Program.

2.You will be prompted to say the name you want to program. Say the name after the beep.

3.Respond to the prompt by repeating the name after the beep.

4.Select the voice dial entry (name) in the Contacts list and press .

5.Select your desired phone number and press . (The display shows “Voice Tag Recorded.”)

Tip:	Record voice dial tags in a quiet environment.

ReviewingVoice DialTags

To reviewvoice dial tags:

1.Press >Tools > Voice Services > Voice Tag.

2.Select Review or Rev.:Speaker.

3.Select the desired entry and press Options (right softkey). Then highlight your desired option and press .

■Play to play the recorded voice dial tag.

■Speaker on to play the recorded voice dial tag in speakerphone mode. (If you are in speakerpone mode, the option will appear as Speaker Off to deactivate the speakerphone mode.)

■Erase to erase the recorded voice dial tag. Select Yes to erase; select No to cancel.

Tip:	To erase all voice dial tags you have recorded, see “ Erasing
	Phone Content”on page 77.
