a slight vertical paper motion in between, causing a thickening of hori-
zontal strokes. For bold print, use of double-strike is recommended in
LQ mode, and combined use of emphasized and double-strike is recom-
mended in draft mode. Double-strike cannot be used with superscripts
or subscripts.
