Marble cake For 8 people

•300 g flour• 150 g butter• 300 g caster sugar • 1 teaspoon yeast • 100 ml milk • 3 eggs

•3 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa

Knead the flour with the softened butter, sugar and yeast. Separate the egg whites and yolks.

Beat the egg whites until stiff.

Add the milk, egg yolks and whisked egg whites.

Put half the mixture into another bowl and add the cocoa.

Put 1/2 a knob of plain mixture into each silicone mould and 1/2 a knob of cocoa mixture next to it.

Coconut cake For 8 people

•125 g coconut • 125 g caster sugar • 2 egg whites Mix all the ingredients.
