THE ORIGINAL CONSUMER PURCHASERAND TO NO OTHER
PURCHASEROR TRANSFEREE.

CANADA ARE NOT COVERED BY THESEWARRANTIES.
PRODUCTSPURCHASED IN CANADA AND USED IN THE
U.S.A.ARE NOT COVERED BYTHESEWARRANTIES.
Limited One (1) Year Warranty on Parts and Labor*
TACPfFHIwarrant this plasmaTV and its parts againstdefects in
materialsrv workmanshipfor a period of one (1) year after the date
of odginal retail purchase.DURING THIS PERIOD,TACP/THI
WILL, AT TACP/THI'S OPTION,REPAIROR REPLACEA
DEFECTIVEPARTWITH A NEW OR REFURBISHED PART
WITHOUT CHARGE TOYOU FORPARTSOR LABOR.TACP/THI
Authorized ServiceStationpersonnelwill cometo your homewhen
warrantyservice isrequired. Depending on the type of repair
required,eitherthe servicewill beperformed in your homeor the set
will betaken to the TACPfrHI AuthorizedService Stationfor repair
and returned to your home at no cost to you.
Rental Units
Thewarranty for rentalunits beginswith the date of first rental or
thirty (30) daysfromthe date of shipmentto the rentalfirm,
whichevercomes first.
*Commemial Units
PlasmaTVssold and used for commercialpurposeshavea limited
ninety (90) daywarranty for allparts, labor.
Owner's Manual and Product Registration Card
Readthis owner's manuatthoroughly before operating this plasma
TV.Completeand mailthe enclosedproduct registrationcard within
ten daysafter you,or the personwho has givenyouthis product as a
gift, purchasedthis plasmaTV. Returningthe product registration
card will enableTACP/THIto provideyou with better customer
serviceand improvedproduct support. Failureto return the product
registrationcard will not affect your rights under this warranty.
Your Responsibility
THEABOVE WARRANTIESARE SUBJECTTO THE FOLLOWING
CONDITIONS:
(1) Youmust provideyour bill of salerv other proof of purchase.
(2) All warranty servicingof this plasmaTVmust be madeby an
AuthorizedTACPFIHIServiceStation.
(3) 1he warrantiesfrom TACPand THI areeffectiveonly ifthe
plasmaTV is purchasedand operatedin the U.S.A.or Puerto
Rico.
(4) Laborservicecharges for set installation,setup,adfustmentof
customercontrols, and installationare not coveredby these
warranties.
(5) Warrantiesextend onlyto defects in materialsor workmanship
as limitedaboveand do not extend to anyplasmaTVor parts
that havebeen lost or discarded by you or to damageto plasma
TV or parts caused by misuse,accident, Acts of God (such as
lightning or fluctuationsin electric powe0, improper installation,
improper maintenance,or use in violation of instructions
furnishedby TACP/THI;or to units that havebeenmodified or
hadthe serialnumber removed,altered,defaced,or rendered
illegible.
