Remove Crank Hub Assembly

Tools Required:

Large Crescent Wrench

Rubber Mallet

Flat Blade Screwdriver

Step 1.

Use crescent wrench to remove Large nut on crank.

Step 1. Remove Crank Nut.

Note:

The crank nut has left-handed threads. Turn clockwise to loosen.

Step 2.

Remove keyed washer from under nut.

Step 2. Remove Keyed Washer

Step 3.

Use crescent wrench to remove hex nut bearing. Use rubber mallet

to knock out the shaft pulley assembly.

Note:

The Hex nut bearing has left- handed threads. Turn clockwise to loosen.

Step 3. Remove Hex Nut Bearing
