Saving a Report

Saving a Report

To save a report, do the following:

1.Select a file type from the Save/Export Report As dropdown list.

2.Click Go.

3.Navigate to the folder you want to save the file in.

4.Type a name in the File name field.

5.Click Save.

Can I personalize columns and fields?

NeatWorks allows you the flexibility of being able to modify column headings in the folder and receipts grids as well as field names on the User Profiles tab (Information Tabs).

By default, not all columns are displayed in the Folders grid. You can choose to show or hide columns as needed.

1.From the Tools menu, choose Show/Hide Columns > Folder Columns.

2.Select an unchecked item in the menu to add it to the grid, or

3.Select a checked item in the menu to remove it from the grid. You can always add it back later.
