alltiming functionson
yourViking appliance.
Ithas four displayand programmingmodesthat are activatedby
thefour push buttons. Both theTimer and the CookTime/Stop
TimeModes can beused to time cookingperiods. These
featurescan evenbe used at thesame time whenboth ovens are
inuse. For example,you can time-bakea casserolein the upper
ovenusing the CookTime/StopTime Mode, whilebroilingin the
loweroven usingthe Timer. One oven can alsobe cleanedwhile
timingfoods inthe other ovenusing the timer.
TimerAlarm
• Atthe end of a program,the alarmwill consistof three beeps,
followedby twobeeps every 10seconds untilthe “CLEAR”
buttonis pressed.
• Whenevera validfunction keyis pressed orwhen a control
functionstartsautomatically,one beep willsound.
• Whenan invalidfunction keyis pressed, twobeeps will sound.
Settingthe Clock
Thetime-of-daymust be set beforeany otherprogram canbe
used. When your ovenis first connectedto thepower in your
home,the timerdisplay willshow 12:00.
ToProgramthe Time-Of-Day:
1. Presseitherthe “UPPER OVEN”or “LOWEROVEN” button.
2. Pressthe “CLOCKSET” button.The clock willbegin to flash.
Theword “CLOCK”will be lit on thedisplay.
3. Type inthe correct timeon the electronicnumberkeypad.
4. Pressthe “CLOCKSET” buttonagain. The clockis now set.
AlternateMethod:
1. Presseitherthe “UPPER OVEN”or “LOWEROVEN” button.
2. Pressthe “CLOCKSET” button.The clock willbegin to flash.
Theword “CLOCK”will be lit on thedisplay.

3.Use the up and downarrows to changethe currenttime.
4. Pressthe “SET”button on thetemperaturecontrolor the
“CLOCKSET” buttonon the electronictimingcenter. The
clockis now set.
Note: The time-of-day cannot be changed while there is a
Bake Hours or Start Time cycle programmed into the timer.
Settingthe Timer
Thetimer is designedfor accuratetimingand is ideal forbaking
delicateitemssuch as biscuits,cookies,and popovers,and for
precisebroiling.The timercan be used fortiming up to 12hours.
Whensetting thetimer,the time displayedwill decreasein 1
minuteincrements.When thetimer countsdown to 1 minute,the
timeralarm willgive one shortbeep and the displaywill change
toseconds. Whenthe timer reaches0:00, thealarm will giveone
longbeep.
ToSet the Timer:
1. Pressthe “TIMER”button.The timer willdisplay “0:00”and
theword “TIMER.”
2. Type inthe desired durationtimeon the electronicnumber
keypad.
3. Thetimer willstart automatically.(Tocancel the entry,pressthe
“CLEAR”buttonon the left sideof the controlpanel before
thecount down beginsand the timeis still flashing.)
4.Thetimer is nowset.
AlternateMethod:
1. Pressthe “TIMER”button. Thetimer will display“0:00”and
theword “TIMER”will be lit on thedisplay.
