Convection Bake

Thisfunctionis recommendedfor multi-rackbaking.Foods can be

bakedand roastedat the same timewith minimaltaste transfer,

evenwhen differentdishesare involved,such as cakes,fish, or

meat.To useconvectionbake, take thefollowingsteps:

1. Arrangethe ovenracks in thedesired positionsbeforeheating

theoven.

2. Select“UPPEROVEN” or “LOWEROVEN.”

3. Setthe Oven FunctionSelectorto “CONV.BAKE.”

Temperaturedisplayflashes a presettemperature of325º F.

4. Setthe temperatureusingone of the followingtwo methods:

a.Confirm presettemperatureand press“SET” or “ENTER.”

Theoven will beginConv. BakePreheatimmediately.

b.Change the temperatureby typing the desiredtemperature

onthe numeric keypador usingthe up and down arrow

keys.Press “SET”or “ENTER”when finished.The oven will

beginConv.Bake Preheatimmediately.

DuringConvectionBake Preheat

Thedisplay willalternate betweenshowingthe set baking

temperatureand the actualpreheat temperatureevery 5 seconds.

Whenthe set bakingtemperatureis reached,one long beepwill

soundand the displaywill show“CONV.BAKE.” Open oven

doorand put foodin oven.
