isrecommendedfor single-
rackbaking. Usethis setting
forbaking, roasting,and
casseroles.

Broil

Thisfunctionis a dry-heat
cookingmethod,using
director radiantheat on
threedifferentsettings:low,
mediumand high.The
distancebetweenthe
foodsand the broil
elementsdetermines
broilingspeed.This
functionis recommended
forsmall, individualized
cuts,such as steaks,chops,
andpatties.
