PHASE DE VIDE

1.Lorsque la phase de RÉCUPÉRATION est terminée, on peut faire démarrer la phase de vide en ouvrant les robinets de haute et de basse pression; appuyer sur la touche SEL jusqu’à ce que le LED correspondant à “ÉVACUER” s’allume et en presser ensuite la touche GO. Le temps de vide peut être réglé de la façon suivante. Appuyer sur la touche SEL jusqu’à ce que le LED “ÉVACUER” s’allume et presser ensuite sur ENTER; à ce stade, le premier chiffre à gauche de l’affichage commencera à clignoter. Appuyer sur la touche INCREASE jusqu’à ce que le chiffre désiré apparaisse. Pour modifier les autres chiffres appuyer sur les touches FLÈCHE et INCREASE. En fin d’opération, appuyer sur la touche ENTER pour confirmer la durée du temps de vide.

2.Pendant la phase de vide, l’affichage mesurera sa durée. Laisser fonctionner la machine jusqu’à ce que l’affichage visualise 0000: la pompe s’arrêtera.

3.Fermer tous les robinets et lire la valeur de vide sur les manomètres de basse et de haute pression (A1) et (A2). Attendre environ 2 minutes et vérifier que la pression n’a pas augmenté pendant cet intervalle de temps. Une augmentation de pression signifie d’éventuelles fuites dans le système A/C. Rechercher, identifier et éliminer les fuites; répéter la phase de vide.

ATTENTION: Eviter de respirer vapeurs et aérosol du liquide réfrigérant et du lubrifiant. Toute exposition peut être cause d’irritation des yeux, du nez ou de la gorge. Pour retirer l’HFC-134a du système de climatisation de l’air, utiliser des outils de maintenance munis du certificat de conformité aux prescriptions SAE J2210 (outillage pour le recyclage de l’HFC-134a).
