Burn Hazard
Use oven mitts to remove hot cooking utensils and hot cooking rack. In convection cooking, the circulated hot air heats the interior surfaces of the oven to very high temperatures.
The oven vent openings, the oven glass, door trim, etc., and interior oven surfaces become hot enough to burn. Do not touch, or allow clothing or other flammable materials to contact these surfaces during or after use, until they have had time to cool.
Use cooking utensils that will not melt or burn in the hot oven. Do not use light plastic containers, plastic wraps, or paper products during any convec- tion combination cycle.
Failure to follow these guidelines could result in burns.
