Maintenance Works

After the first month or 5 operating hours

1Check the sweeping roller and the side brush for wear and wrapped belts.

2Check the sweeping track and the func- tion of the roller brush and the side brush.

3Check tension, wear and tear and func- tioning of the drive belts.

4Check moving parts for freedom of movement.

5Check functioning of all operating ele- ments and control lamps.

Every 50 operating hours

1Check tension, wear and tear and func- tioning of the drive belts.

2Check moving parts for freedom of movement.

3Check the seal strips on the dust filter and the function of the filter shaker.

4Check the gasket in the sweeping area for position and wear.

5Check the sweeping track and the func- tion of the roller brush and the side brush.

6Clean and check the dust filter, replace if necessary.

7Check the sweeping roller and the side brush for wear and wrapped belts.

8Check functioning of all operating ele- ments and control lamps.

9Check the washers for wear, replace if required.

10Check the acid level in the batteries (only for maintenance-free batteries).

Additional maintenance work every 100 operating hours or semi-annually

1Check current-carrying lines and con- tacts for damages and oxidation.

2Check drum brake for function and set- ting.

3Check the seal profile on the waste con- tainer and the brush roller box.

4Check batteries.

5Clean the battery surfaces.

6Check carbon brushes for wear and tear.

Additional maintenance work every 500 operating hours or annually

1Replace belt.

2Replace carbon brushes.

3Check front wheel for wear, replace if required.
